Dear Lincoln families,
Halloween is this Friday! Students are welcome to come to school dressed in their costumes for a day full of fun and school spirit.
Please note there is no expectation for students to wear a costume—participation is completely optional.
To celebrate, we will hold a Halloween Parade (students and staff only) to showcase their costumes. Students who prefer not to participate will have an alternative location during the parade.
Please keep in mind the following guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable day for everyone:
Makeup: Students must arrive with makeup already applied. Makeup may not be brought to school or applied in restrooms.
Aerosol Sprays: Items such as hairspray or colored hair spray are not allowed on school grounds.
Weapons: Fake, real, or look-alike weapons are strictly prohibited.
Masks and Inflatables: Masks and inflatable costumes are approved for the day’s celebration.
Comfort: Make sure your child is comfortable wearing their costume all day and can use the restroom independently. When kids have to go, they have to go fast, so please plan accordingly!
Not Responsible: The school is not responsible for costumes that become damaged during the day.
Let’s make it a paws-itively fun, safe, and memorable Halloween for all our Lincoln Leopards!
